Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AIOMP Hub (the “Platform”), a marketing operations and client management platform operated by All in One Marketing Pro (“All in One Marketing Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
The Platform
AIOMP Hub provides tools for marketing teams to manage client relationships, tasks, campaigns, work plans, files, approvals, and reporting. The Platform is operated by All in One Marketing Pro and is made available to authorized users based on their assigned role and the access granted to them.
Your Account and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Access to data within the Platform is limited based on roles, and you agree to use the Platform only for the purposes for which access has been granted to you. You may not attempt to access data you are not authorized to view or circumvent the Platform’s role-based access controls.
Third-Party Services and Authorized API Access
The Platform may connect to third-party services such as Google (including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Calendar, and Gmail), Meta (Facebook Pages and Meta Ads), and other tools. When you connect a third-party service, you authorize the Platform to access that service through its authorized API using permissions you grant. We use this authorized API access to retrieve marketing, analytics, and reporting data needed to provide the Platform’s functionality. Your use of third-party services is also governed by those services’ own terms and policies.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the business and client operational data you store in the Platform. The Platform stores this data to provide its features — such as client management, collaboration, task tracking, and reporting — and to keep a record of the work performed. We do not sell your data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to store and share any data you upload, and for respecting the privacy of individuals whose information you enter into the Platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform or use it for any unlawful purpose, to upload content you do not have rights to, or to interfere with the Platform’s operation or other users’ access. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable law.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time, and we are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including issues with third-party services connected through the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All in One Marketing Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis, and you use it at your own risk.
Contacting Us
If you have questions about these Terms or wish to discuss a privacy or data matter, you may contact All in One Marketing Pro through our contact page.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
