Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how AIOMP Hub (the “Platform”), operated by All in One Marketing Pro (“All in One Marketing Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information. AIOMP Hub is a marketing operations and client management platform that helps marketing teams manage client relationships, tasks, campaigns, files, and reporting in a single workspace.
Information We Store
The Platform stores business and client operational data that you and your team enter in the course of your work. This includes business profiles, contact details, task and campaign information, work plans, files you upload, messages, approvals, and related operational records. We store this data to provide the Platform’s core functionality — such as client management, collaboration, task tracking, and reporting — and to keep a record of the work performed for each client.
Third-Party Service Connections
AIOMP Hub may connect to third-party services such as Google (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Calendar, Gmail), Meta (Facebook Pages, Meta Ads), and other marketing or productivity tools. When you authorize such a connection, you grant the Platform access through that service’s own authorization flow, and we never receive your third-party passwords. You may revoke a connection at any time, both within the Platform and through the third-party service’s account settings.
Use of Google User Data
Where the Platform connects to Google services, we use Google API access to retrieve marketing, analytics, and reporting data solely to provide and improve the Platform’s functionality for you — for example, displaying analytics, syncing calendar events, or managing email. Google API data accessed through the Platform is used only to deliver these features to you and your team. It is not sold, and it is not used for any unrelated advertising purposes. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google’s Limited Use requirements, including not transferring the information to any other party except as necessary to provide the features you request.
How We Use Your Data
We use the data stored in the Platform to deliver, maintain, and improve our services, to provide reporting and analytics to authorized users, to facilitate collaboration between team members and clients, and to keep the Platform secure. We do not sell your data. We may share information with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform (for example, hosting or email delivery), and those providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Access Based on Roles
Access to information within the Platform is limited based on roles. Internal team members, managers, and administrators have different levels of access, and a dedicated client portal allows clients to view only the work and information shared with them. This role-based model helps ensure that users see only the data appropriate to their role and relationship to a given business profile.
Data Retention and Security
We retain operational data while it is used by your organization and take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access. Deleting your AIOMP Hub account removes your user account, registered web notification devices, task-view and group-read state, and private Aero and Pulse conversations. Shared organization records, including tasks, messages, files, notes and activity history, are not automatically deleted or anonymized and may continue to include your name until your organization removes them. Contact your organization or use our contact page about personal information retained in shared records or connected services.
Deleting Your Account
Open My Profile and select Delete Account, or use our account deletion page from any browser without installing the app. Sign in to verify your identity, review the consequences, and type DELETE to confirm. Deletion cannot be undone. If you are the only administrator, assign another administrator first to preserve your organization’s access. If you cannot sign in, use password recovery or our contact page to request help with deletion.
Recordings and Device Access
Voice and meeting recording features use microphone access when you start recording. Recordings, transcripts and notes are processed to provide the recording and AI features you use, including through external processing services. Files and images you choose to upload are stored for their relevant workspace features. You can manage device permissions in your browser or device settings; denying microphone access prevents recording but does not prevent using unrelated workspace features.
Contacting Us About Privacy
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, or wish to request access, correction, or deletion of your data, you may contact All in One Marketing Pro through our contact page. We will review and respond to privacy and data-related requests in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
